At JH & A we realize that there may be individuals and situations that simply don’t lend themselves to conventional instruction or well established approaches to manager/supervisor development.

For these situations, we are ready to design custom approaches for you, drawing on more than two decades worth of experience dealing with real managers and supervisors in real working environments.  We’re not quite ready to say that we’ve seen it all, but we’ve seen most of it!

Sometimes this means that we meet with an individual one-on-one, then shadow him/her in the workplace to see how he/she interacts with people, other departments, interruptions, production schedules, and everything else that occurs during the course of the day.  Then, where necessary, we suggest alternate ways of dealing with those situations.  In short, we become your manager or supervisor’s
personal coach.

Or, after talking with you and coming to understand a specific situation, we create a development approach specifically for that situation.  This doesn’t mean that we re-invent wheels.  Often our knowledge of existing programs and approaches enables us to build a program quickly and efficiently, and implement that program in record time.
