Selling is about relationships, even selling online. No relationship, no sale. Every element of the sales process—from creating an initial, favorable impression through getting commitment and follow up—is critically important to establishing continuing, profitable relationships. If any step of the sales process is badly performed or omitted entirely, you and your sales force will see or hear “No Sale.”
In essence, Sales from JH & A and RAC is a return to the basics, but it makes that return while remaining fully conscious of today’s wildly changing marketplace.
